Job summary

Enterprise Mobility, operator of the Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental and Alamo brands, has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Representative in Hammond, LA. The role provides high-level customer service to internal and external customers primarily via phone and offers administrative support.

The starting rate is $17 per hour for a 40-hour workweek. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to handle inquiries with professionalism.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, and general questions; provide information and resolution.
• Make outgoing calls for callbacks, A/Rs, and assigned tasks.
• Provide high-level customer service by assisting customers over the phone and in person.
• Meet and greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance; assist with vehicle check-in/out as needed.
• Process returns, billing, and basic accounting tasks; run reports as required.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
