You will assist with payroll data entry, attendance tracking, and timekeeping while delivering strong customer service and keeping records accurate. Full-time on-site position with growth opportunities within a growing company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and manage job advertisements across multiple hiring platforms.
• Review applications and communicate with prospective candidates.
• Conduct in-person interviews.
• Process background checks and new-hire paperwork.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Assist with payroll data entry, attendance tracking, and timekeeping.
• Support managers with general administrative and operational tasks.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide professional customer service.
• Perform additional administrative and office duties as needed.
