The Administrative Project Coordinator provides project support within Marketing and Communications. This role manages a variety of projects that span across the organization.
Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday - Friday
Location: Remote
Department: Corporate Marketing
- Project management and support which includes the collection, management and distribution of project information.
- Drive task management and follow-up to ensure projects are current and deadlines are met.
- Collaborating with project leads/team members to ensure they are updated on any potential issues or risks in a timely manner.
- Obtains, consolidates and maintains project materials, reports. Coordinates meetings to keep projects assigned on schedule.
- Coordinates tasks assigned to meet project needs.
- This role will manage various and multiple projects that span across the organization and/or division.

Qualifications
- Education: High School or GED required. 2 Year / Associate Degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of project experience required. Minimum of five years of administrative or senior administrative experience required. Healthcare Experience preferred.
- Additional skills required:
- Some knowledge or exposure of project management practices.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal) both internally to the project team and to executives.
- Good relationship management skills that include good listening and consultative abilities, as well as the ability to establish credible relationships with business partners to drive change.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio.
- Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed for project assignments.
- Additional Skills/Requirements (preferred): Prior experience managing parts of a project or small sized projects.
