We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative & Project Assistant to support our Akron office. This role combines project administration responsibilities with general office support functions and will work closely with project managers, technical staff, and office leadership to help keep projects and office operations running smoothly. The Administrative & Project Assistant serves as a key support resource providing project coordination assistance to engineering and design staff while also managing daily office administrative needs. This position will support all Akron employees, with dedicated project assistance provided to senior staff and project managers. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and possesses strong organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.
Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000
This position is based full-time in Osborn's Akron office and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work arrangements.
