We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for implementing office standards to streamline our processes, daily and weekly reports, data entry of leads, and knowledge of lead platforms. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service, admin assistance, and data entry.   2. Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency.
  3. Data Entry and Entry Closeout.
  4. Responsive and Dependable.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  5. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus.
  6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  8. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Compensation:

$4 - $5 hourly
