Title: Administrative Professional

Location: Boca Raton, FL – In office 5 days per week

General Position Responsibilities:

  • Back up coverage for the Receptionist to include coverage on days off, lunch and assist as needed with set up for internal/external meetings
  • Monthly data entry for billing system
  • Assist with administrative needs of team meetings and events
  • Concur expense management for designated Executives
  • Ad-hoc projects and support for Executive Administrators and teams as needed
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Basic knowledge of the Microsoft suite of applications – Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to work in an independent setting and team environment depending on project
  • Strong work ethic, ability to manage multiple projects, and a high level of attention to detail
  • 2+ years of office experience required
