Responsibilities: • Meet with clients to understand their financial needs and craft personalized strategies • Offer a suite of services including investment planning, retirement options, insurance, and college savings plans • Educate clients on financial concepts to help them make informed decisions • Foster long-term client relationships with ongoing check-ins and support • Take part in regular training sessions to sharpen your skills and financial knowledge • Opportunities to grow into leadership and management positions Qualifications: • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States with a U.S. phone number • Strong communication and people skills • Self-driven with a willingness to learn and improve • No previous experience in finance is required—our training program will guide you • Comfortable working both independently and in a collaborative team environment • Passionate about helping others and solving problems • Open to part-time or full-time scheduling with flexibility Compensation: $50,000 - $125,000
