SierTeK Ltd. is seeking a SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL for a REMOTE opportunity.

Position Overview

The Sr. Administrative Professional will serve as the administrative focal point for the MMO, managing all official communications channels.

Essential Job Functions
Communication Channels
  • Answering organizational phone line(s) and directing callers appropriately
  • Monitoring inboxes, handling correspondence, and delegating actions
  • Handling classified and unclassified mail/media per security guidelines
Records Management
  • Act as Records Custodian, managing organizational files across classification domains
  • Support records management lifecycle, adhering to DoD policies
  • Utilize enterprise records management systems
Workflow Management
  • Track and coordinate taskers and workflow actions
  • Manage deadlines, follow-ups, inputs, and communications
Document Preparation
  • Prepare documents per government formats
  • Track document statuses within workflows
Calendar Management
  • Maintain organizational calendars
  • Schedule appointments and resources
Meeting Logistics
  • Coordinate meeting materials and logistics
Inventory and Supply
  • Manage supply and equipment orders and inventory
Minimum Position Requirements
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 3+ years of administrative experience in a high-security environment, preferably DoD or military
