Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the Administrative Paralegal provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the Legal Department functions with excellence, professionalism, and alignment to the mission of the Ministry. This role is a role combing paralegal duties with those of an executive assistant and is responsible for supporting the legal function through legal research, document management, and administrative coordination. This role requires a strong understanding of legal principles and procedures, along with exceptional organizational and communication skills. The AdministrativeParalegal provides direct support to the entire legal team including attorneys, clients and other legal professionals to ensure legal and operational excellence within the Ministry.
