  • Interview candidates, hire and train Civil Process and Traffic Clerks.
  • Schedule and cover clerical staffing; supervise daily duties.
  • Generate and maintain reports; monitor equipment and supplies.
  • Assist with customer service at service windows; balance cash drawers.
  • Review contractor billing and ensure proper payments and documentation.
