Job description

Joining the Secret Service, Office of Field Operations will allow you to provide administrative operational support using a variety of processes, methods and techniques that support protective and investigative activities. For definitions of terms found in this announcement, please click here.

Key Responsibilities

The selectee will serve as an Administrative Operations Specialist in the Office of Field Operations. Typical work assignments include: Providing administrative support and implementation for financial/budget administration; training; inspections; recruitment; evidence, and inventory control; record management; and human resources management.

Utilizing a variety of automated systems, applications, and software tools sufficient to effectively manage the administration and implementation of administrative functions. Reviewing incoming communication and preparing replies to general inquiries and routine actions; responding to administrative issues and inquiries and resolving a variety of conflicts regarding administrative processes.

Requirements & Education

Unofficial transcripts will be accepted that includes your name, the name of the educational institution, course title(s), number of credits, grade, and date of completion.
