The U.S. Secret Service is looking for attorneys to provide legal counsel and representation within its Office of the Chief Counsel. This position focuses on protective, investigative, and administrative legal matters across various disciplines, including fiscal and appropriations law.

Joining the Secret Service, Office of the Chief Counsel allows you to provide legal advice and counsel to, and representation of, the agency in connection with its protective, investigative, and administrative programs and activities. The Office seeks attorneys in a variety of legal disciplines, with priority on fiscal and appropriations, procurement, personnel and employment, litigation, and operational law enforcement.
