The Nephrology administrative team provides the backbone of support for faculty, fellows, postdocs, and staff, and is looking to expand its team to support the growing division. The Administrative Operations Coordinator (AA3) will be responsible for providing a full range of support to the Division Director, Administrative Manager, Chief and Faculty. Primary duties include, but are not limited to program management, web maintenance, calendaring, travel arrangement and reimbursement processing, procurement and asset management, and event coordination. The administrator will also have versatility to support other endeavors within the division.
The Administrative Operations Coordinator will work in a fast-paced environment and is expected to navigate changing priorities with a high degree of discretion and sensitivity under minimum supervision. The successful candidate will work as part of a collaborative team, engaging in cross-training and providing backup administrative coverage when necessary.
This hybrid position will support faculty on the main campus (medical center) and Research Park and is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a dynamic clinical and science-based department while contributing to every aspect of this world-changing enterprise.
High school diploma and four years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
