This position provides operational, educational, and administrative support for the Maryland Army National Guard Child and Youth Services (CYS) Program under a Cooperative Agreement (CA) with the Maryland National Guard. Under the supervision of the Lead Child & Youth Program Coordinator (CYPC), this position executes evidence based life skills and resilience training, deployment cycle support, youth council sponsorship, community outreach, and administrative reporting for school-aged ARNG dependents ages 6-18.
Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate. Experience: Three years of administrative staff or professional work.
Common Access Card (CAC) required. This position will require the ability to pass a Federal background check in addition to a State background to access several readiness centers and military posts, and federal systems that require the use of the CAC. The ability to obtain and maintain access to the facility and CAC is a condition of employment for this position. This position will require the ability to pass a State & Federal background check to access military facilities within the state of Maryland. Being able to access these facilities is a condition of employment for this position.
