Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Allegheny County Area Agency on Aging, is seeking an Administrative Officer 1 to support program monitoring, evaluation, and compliance across contracted providers and internal units. You will help maintain service quality and accountability for county programs.

This full-time position operates 8:30 AM–4:30 PM with no telework option initially; telework may be available after six months on a hybrid basis, subject to approval and location restrictions.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and a bachelor's degree; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Program Monitoring: Review external providers and internal units to assess compliance and quality through audits and reports
• Tool Development: Create and refine monitoring tools and systems that support consistent and transparent evaluation
• Report Preparation: Prepare monitoring reports and follow through on findings to strengthen program performance
• Provider Communication: Interact with contracted providers and internal programs regarding compliance and quality matters
• Data Analysis: Compile statistical data and evaluate performance results to support recommendations to leadership
