Job summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Allegheny County Area Agency on Aging invites qualified candidates to apply for Administrative Officer 1. This role focuses on monitoring, evaluation, and analytics to strengthen service quality for older adults in the county.

You will develop tools, prepare reports, communicate with providers, and analyze data to support leadership decisions. The position is full-time, with a standard workday and limited telework options after six months.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and a bachelor's degree; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Program Monitoring: Review external providers and internal units to assess compliance and quality through audits and reports.
• Tool Development: Create and refine monitoring tools and systems that support consistent and transparent evaluation.
• Report Preparation: Prepare monitoring reports and follow through on findings to strengthen program performance.
• Provider Communication: Interact with contracted providers and internal programs regarding compliance and quality matters.
• Data Analysis: Compile statistical data and evaluate performance results to support recommendations to leadership.
