To perform administrative responsibilities involving the analysis of therapeutic community programs & MOUD services and/or procedures with recommendations for improvements while under the general supervision of a management official. Work independently to formulate reports and management tools such as procedural manuals, work-flow charts, and performance measurement criteria, in addition to participating in the formulation of program planning and establishment of program goals and objectives promoting orderly growth and expansion. Acts as a liaison with other officials within State agencies and/or SUDTS contractors.

Education: Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate. Experience: One year of administrative staff or professional work.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English. The ideal candidate must effectively and respectfully communicate with diverse populations, providing services to individuals with different beliefs, behaviors, and interpersonal styles in confinement or community settings. Professional working fluency in Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, or any other language is a plus.
