The Administrative Officer 3 is a senior-level role within the Miami-Dade County Aviation Department (MDAD) that provides high-level administrative support to the Assistant Director of Administration. Key functions include planning, coordinating, and overseeing administrative activities, special projects, and strategic initiatives, particularly within the Assistant Director's oversight divisions: Information Systems and Telecommunications, Small Business Engagement, and Human Resources. Responsibilities include conducting research and analysis; preparing and reviewing reports, correspondence, memoranda, presentations, budget materials, and other executive-level documents; coordinating and monitoring assignments across multiple divisions and stakeholders; and ensuring the timely completion of projects and deliverables. The position requires strong independent judgment, initiative, and organizational skills to manage complex assignments, set priorities, and resolve administrative issues effectively.
