Mass General Brigham is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of administrative services across the organization. The role focuses on coordinating staff, improving workflows, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies to support strategic goals.
You will supervise administrative staff, manage budgeting for office resources, and assist in preparing reports for senior leadership while acting as a liaison to hospital leadership.
