The position requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field and four years of progressive management experience, with strong financial analysis and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant field and four years of progressively responsible management experience.
• Combination of education and experience may be substituted year-for-year.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting financial data and preparing financial reports or projections.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and database systems.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to multitask and prioritize conflicting issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and fiscal support for the Civil and Environmental Engineering department.
• Provide administrative oversight for personnel processes (appointments, promotions, transfers, retirements, dismissals, leave).
• Liaise with Human Resource Services to facilitate timely and compliant processing.
• Maintain budgetary applications and oversee business and finance functions within the unit.
• Prepare and review unit budget processes for requests and fiscal year allocations across funding sources.
