As an Administrative Management Specialist with Healthcare and Insurance, Office of Personnel Management, you will manage administrative operations; analyze administrative issues; coordinate executive activities; serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders; manage correspondence and document workflows; and support travel, purchasing, personnel, and other office operations.
Analyzes administrative information, policies, procedures, and operational issues and develops recommendations to address administrative problems and improve office operations. Manages correspondence, reports, decision packages, and other documents, reviewing submissions for timeliness, completeness, procedural correctness, and responsiveness.
Coordinates meetings, conferences, schedules, agendas, briefing materials, talking points, and follow-up activities for senior leadership. Serves as a liaison with managers, program offices, government agencies, external organizations, and other stakeholders on administrative matters. Obtains, organizes, and analyzes background information and prepares summaries, status reports, option papers, justifications, correspondence, and other written products.
Manages administrative workflows and document review and approval activities and tracks assignments, projects, correspondence, and other priority items. Supports office operations by tracking expenses, arranging travel and purchases, processing approved personnel actions, and providing administrative support as needed.

The posted pay range is $85447 – $111087/yr.
