The position is full-time, permanent in Burien, WA, with flexible/hybrid remote work and a 5% premium pay for duty station in King County. Salary is $4,633.00 to $6,229.00 per month.

Qualifikationen

• Four years of progressively responsible experience in professional office/administrative work.
• Two years of lead worker, supervisory, or managerial experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and balance priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.

Aufgaben

• Ensure high-quality division services with attention to detail and organizational excellence.
• Respond to public records requests in compliance with RCW/WAC and policies.
• Coordinate projects and manage the division's long-term calendar and timelines.
• Schedule meetings, classes, projects, and other division assignments.
• Oversee division web content and ensure timely updates.
• Attend and record meeting minutes as required.
• Monitor data for reports and financial requests.
• Review and update SOPs for efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide high-level administrative support to Division Manager.
