UCSF Health is seeking an Assistant Division Manager to lead the administrative, operational, and financial functions of the Division of Infectious Diseases. You will supervise staff, manage post-award finances, and ensure compliance with UCSF and accrediting body standards.

You will work closely with the Division Manager and Division Chief to optimize workflows, support faculty and trainees, and guide strategic initiatives across multiple clinical and educational programs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years directly relevant experience required.
• 3+ years lead/supervisor/manager experience required.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, accounting and payroll processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Supervise the Administrative Officer II and Education Program Manager; mentor the Admin Core Team.
