Responsibilities

• Oversee post-award research financial activities, including reporting, expenditure review, and sponsor-compliant management.
• Partner with the Senior Business Director on annual budget and ongoing financial performance.
• Support financial administration for faculty research portfolios with monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Coordinate with Sponsored Programs and institutional partners on award requirements and deliverables.
• Help maintain training-grant activity and other complex sponsored portfolios.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of business operations and HR administration for multiple programs.
• Build productive relationships with faculty, research teams, and institutional offices.
