The full-time paid position provides future healthcare executives with opportunities to gain an in-depth understanding of hospital and clinic-based health care operations in a rural regional referral center. Fellows who successfully complete the program will be eligible to apply for managerial positions within the health system.

Job Summary

PAY RATE: $62,000

As an administration fellow you will be exposed to all operation at the Blessing Health system. Leadership will be available to help guide the experience with emphasis on the fellow’s interests and professional development. The approach is meant to prepare the fellow for a successful career in healthcare administration. The Fellowship Program is grounded in acute hospital care, physician ambulatory care and outpatient diagnostics.
