O2B Kids is seeking an Administrative Director for our Overland location in Missouri. This leadership role guides daily operations, staff coaching, licensing compliance, and partnership with the facility manager to support a positive learning environment for children aged 0-5.

The ideal candidate holds a CDA/Associate or higher, Missouri Director Credential, CPR/First Aid, and prior management experience. We offer competitive benefits, tuition discounts for families, and opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Must have CDA, Associate Degree, or higher.
• Must hold Missouri Director Credential.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Experience in managing early childhood programs.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with parents daily.
• Process agency paperwork.
• Assist with staff hiring.
• Uphold licensing requirements.
• Support the director/facility manager.
• Tend to billing and accounts receivable.
