O2B Kids is expanding and seeks an Administrative Director for our brand-new O'Fallon, IL location. The role involves managing daily operations, coordinating with staff and parents, and ensuring licensing compliance in a growing educational environment.

Ideal candidates will have a CDA or higher, an Illinois Director Credential, CPR/First Aid, and prior management experience with young children (0–5). Grounded in a positive setting with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have CDA or higher in early childhood education.
• Illinois Director Credential or higher.
• CPR/First Aid certification or training preferred.
• Experience with children aged 0–5 and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative operations Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:30pm.
• Communicate with parents daily to address concerns and provide updates.
• Process agency paperwork and licensing compliance.
• Assist with hiring and staff development across the center.
• Support the director and facility manager with program operations.
