Job summary

O2B Kids is seeking an Administrative Director for the Bluestone Drive location. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate licensing compliance, and lead staff development while partnering with families and the director to drive center success.

You will manage billing, recruiting, and program quality for children aged 0-5, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing preschool operations and staff.
• Strong understanding of licensing requirements for child care.
• Ability to coach staff and ensure program quality.

Responsibilities

• Work Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3:30pm and oversee daily operations.
• Communicate with parents daily and provide program updates.
• Process agency paperwork and maintain licensing compliance.
• Assist with hiring of all staff and staff development.
• Tend to billing and accounts receivable, tuition processing.
• Support the director/facility manager in achieving center goals.
• Ensure 0-5 year-olds receive quality care and safety.
• Oversee health and safety trainings; CPR/First Aid readiness.
• Promote scholarships and tuition benefits for families.
• Coordinate benefits offerings and vendor relationships.

We are currently looking for an administrative director for our BRAND NEW Bluestone Drive location. The ideal candidate would love to work in a positive environment, help coach others, and have opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3:30pm

• Communicate with parents daily

• Process agency paperwork

• Assist with the hiring of all staff

• Uphold licensing requirements

• Support the director/facility manager

• CDA, Associate Degree, or higher

• Missouri Director Credential

• Experience working with children 0-5 years-old

• 80% off of preschool or afterschool tuition for 2 children (50% off each additional) for full-time employees
