Administrative Coordinator

Hiring Wage Range: $21.97- $30.77 per hour

Compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications. The actual offer may vary, reflecting the candidate's unique blend of experience, educational background, and skill level.

The Administrative Coordinator will support the Regional Transmission Projects Department in the management of information. Perform a variety of tasks including administrative/legal support, reporting, document management, budget coordination, meeting/scheduling coordination, etc.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Support the Regional Transmission Projects Department with any administrative tasks around meeting notes/minutes, action item logs, and scheduling Regional Transmission Projects.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry, maintenance, and updating of project-related information in relevant systems.
  • Provide administrative and legal support for Regional Transmission Projects, including preparing and reviewing documents, establishing filing standardization, and general office organization.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to project activities.
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports on project progress, status, and key metrics.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and templates to enhance data visualization and communication.
  • Manage and organize project documents, ensuring proper filing, storage, and retrieval. Implement document control procedures to maintain version control and document integrity.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project activities. Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience: Associate degree with three (3) years of experience in an administrative/business role or equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Previous experience working in the electric utility industry preferred.

Skills: Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite, including SharePoint, and ability to understand company specific applications. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have strong organizational skills, be attentive to detail, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks.
