Administrative Coordinators are vital to the community’s success, assisting with Human Resources, Business Operations, Concierge and overall administrative facilitation for the community.

Job Knowledge:
Typing and telephone skills, use of calculators, computers, copy machines, familiarity with chart of accounts, basic bookkeeping skills, payroll skills, tax reports, financial reports, government agencies that relate to finances (Department of Labor and IRS), and W-2, W-4, W-9 and 1099 Forms.
Other:
Work well with people including staff, residents and families. Meet deadlines, organize and prioritize the workload. A positive attitude, compassion for the elderly and thoughtful conduct are important.
*Team members who are scheduled to work 24 or more hours per week are eligible for benefits, families of said team members will also be eligible.
