A leading company seeks a part-time Administrative Coordinator to support various administrative tasks. The role involves managing admissions, maintaining records, and conducting market research. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented with strong data management and professional communication skills.
Title - Administrative Coordinator | Part-Time
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 12 Months Contract with Possible Extension
Rate: $27.00/Hour
Work Hours: Upto 14 Hours/Week
Job Description:
Up to 14 hours per week, organizes and implements administrative systems and procedures. Serves as principal source of information on unit, project or program. Gathers and maintains data for and assists in preparing reports, often using a variety of computer software. Prepares and maintains financial, personnel, administrative, student records. Provides for smooth day to day flow of communications within the department. May compose, proofread, edit and prepare correspondence, reports and other materials using word processing, spreadsheets and or databases. Arranges for use of facilities and plans meetings, conferences and seminars. Contributes to unit goals by accomplishing clerical or administrative duties as required. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, to handle complex and confidential information. Competency using a variety of office computer software. Requires intermediate to advanced knowledge of email calendar, word processing, spreadsheets. Prior office experience required.
Responsibilities include:
• Admissions Administration (50%): Applicant follow-up and admissions & payment tracking
• Recordkeeping and data management (10%): Update Salesforce and other platforms regularly
• Presentation & Meeting Preparation (10%): Create/update presentations for quarterly meetings and prepare presentations and other marketing collateral as needed.
• Market research (10%): Research and compile information about various international markets and the ExEd landscape
• Special Projects (20%): Manage strategic projects and engagements to support global portfolio growth
Top 3 Skills:
(1) Highly Proficient in Data Work-Skilled in data navigation and reporting, using CRM tools and Excel. Experience in Salesforce, high education or service environments is a plus.
(2) Professional Email Communication-Clear, polished communications in client-facing emails. Effectively engages internal and external partners.
(3) Detail-Oriented and Proactive- Strong attention to accuracy and consistency. Takes initiative to identify and resolve issues early.
