Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior management and project teams
  • Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage executive calendars across multiple time zones
  • Communication Management: Handle email correspondence, screen phone calls, and manage client communication
  • Document Preparation: Create, edit, and format reports, presentations, proposals, and business correspondence
  • Data Management: Maintain databases, update client records, and organize digital filing systems
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, book accommodations, and manage expense reports
  • Project Support: Assist with project coordination, deadline tracking, and status reporting
  • Client Relations: Provide professional support to clients and maintain positive business relationships

Required Qualifications

Schedule & Flexibility

  • Core Hours: Available 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM EST for team collaboration

  • Time Zone: Eastern Standard Time preferred, other US time zones considered
  • Workload: Varies based on business needs and project cycles
  • Communication: Regular check-ins via video calls and instant messaging

Compensation & Benefits
