The Katz School of Medicine seeks an Administrative Coordinator. As the Administrative Coordinator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Dean's office. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting with special projects. You will act as the primary point of contact in the EA's absence, ensuring continuity and efficiency in all administrative tasks. Additionally, you will maintain an efficient receptionist area in the Dean’s Suite and provide day-to-day support for the administrative operations of the Dean’s office. You will regularly work with a wide array of university-wide constituents while handling confidential information. You will also provide administrative support for the Associate Vice Dean for Strategic Initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of directly related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
