Position Overview

The Lewis Katz School of Medicine seeks a Program Specialist in the Medical Education department. This role manages courses for Phase 2 and 3, including clerkships, advanced clerkships, and electives. Responsibilities include maintaining online student sites (Canvas and One45), communicating with students and course directors, and ensuring course administration aligns with policies and accreditation standards. Performs additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in higher education or medical education. Equivalent education and experience may be considered.

Skills & Abilities
  • Strong organizational skills for managing large projects with multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database software, with the ability to learn new applications.
  • Data analysis and synthesis skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred Experience
