Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator aligns with NM's mission, vision, and values, adhering to our Code of Ethics, Corporate Compliance Program, and relevant policies and standards.

Responsibilities
  • Perform high-level technical and administrative tasks supporting the division or unit.
  • Manage projects, conduct analyses, and recommend solutions for organizational issues.
  • Develop and update systems and procedures, implementing changes independently within assigned areas.
  • Research and prepare documents and presentations using organizational software.
  • Collect, analyze, and manage data effectively.
  • Manage calendars, prioritize meetings, and prepare necessary materials.
  • Screen correspondence and communications, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Plan and execute events, activities, and meetings independently.
  • Create and distribute presentation materials for organizational staff.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, providers, staff, and vendors.
  • Record meeting discussions and follow up on action items.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and independent thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree or business equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of business experience.
