Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Sheridan, WY seeks an administrative assistant to support ESW/ESHS programs with meticulous data entry and documentation. You will need strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks accurately under deadlines.

This on-site role includes an hourly wage and benefits in a nonprofit setting. The position may require on-call rotation and DSP duties; a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Description

Wage: $19.00/hr.

Provides administrative assistance and support for Easterseals Wyoming. Responsiblefor ensuringaccurate and timely documentation of all services deliveredin theESW/ESHS programming. This positionrequires acuteattentionto detail,ability toaccurately transcribe data,excellent organizational skills and the ability towork with individuals of varyingskilllevels.Mustbe able tomultitask andset priorities.Ability tomeet deadlines,workunderpressureand maintain flexibility isimportant.

Participates in on-call on a scheduled rotation and serves in a DSP capacity, as needed.

Requirements

Experience

• High School/Equivalent
• 0-2 years
• Experience in clerical field or management role preferred; formal training in secretarial/administrative assistant field may be substituted for experience.
• Track record of building positive staff relationships and teams
• Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities preferred.
