Administrative Coordinator at Providence Seaside Hospital in Seaside, Oregon.
Full-Time/Day Shift - Monday - Friday from 8am-5pm
Provides full administrative support at a high level of responsible and of a confidential nature for Administration. Coordinates department purchases, contracts, various special projects, and flow of work through Nursing Administration. Initiates production and distribution of forms, archival of department files and records, staff reimbursements and travel requests. Develops and maintains filing and other organizational systems. Prepares meeting materials and coordination of meeting scheduling and arrangements. Works with other department and education to complete the work of the department. Maintains office supplies and maintains appearance and cleanliness of conference rooms and admin area, in addition to other duties as assigned.
