Job summary

Providence Seaside Hospital is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, delivering outstanding service in person or by phone and coordinating between patients and providers throughout the administrative flow of the patient experience.

You will handle front and back office duties with growing independence to support smooth clinic operations for Providence patients and their families.

• 1 year of experience in medical/healthcare setting.
• Experience providing a high level of customer service in a fast paced environment, including handling confidential data with discretion.
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.

Typically supports or independently handles routine and basic healthcare services to ensure smooth clinic operational excellence in support of Providence patient and their families.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
