Administrative Job Description: Facility Services maintains LSU’s buildings, utility systems, and grounds. The Customer Service Center (CSC) serves as the primary point of contact for the campus community, coordinating service requests, supporting the daily operations of Facility Services, and coordinating facility-related support for campus events/normal campus activities. The CSC is staffed seven days a week and plays a critical role in supporting emergency response efforts and LSU’s Emergency Operations Center. This public-facing position requires excellent customer service skills and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of work order data while providing support during and outside of normal University business hours as needed.
Two years of experience in administrative services.
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION: Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.
