Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Handle office duties and admin-related operations, including fielding interdepartmental communications, responding to inquiries, and overseeing administrative tasks.
  • Support departments such as Human Resources, Recruiting, and Operations.
  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, perform data entry, and generate reports.
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external parties.
  • Maintain office organization, security, and cleanliness.
  • Assist with special projects, process improvements, and policy development.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of administrative support experience.
  • Meticulous with administrative tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with office technology and equipment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong presentation, task, and time management skills.
  • Basic math skills and understanding of financial concepts.
  • Professional appearance and courteous manner.
