Performs a variety of administrative functions in support of a program or an administrative official in carrying out departmental financial and operating procedures and/or a program's administrative activities.
The Admin Coordinator plays a key role in supporting specialized clinical programs through patient registry management, data analytics, and care coordination. This position is responsible for maintaining patient databases, monitoring program performance through Business Objects and Tableau dashboards, supporting patient outreach and navigation efforts, and providing administrative support to Nurse Coordinators. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technologically proficient, and committed to improving patient outcomes through accurate data management, effective communication, and operational excellence.
