UNC Health Care is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to serve as the provider scheduler for the MFM Division within the OBGYN Department, coordinating inpatient, outpatient, telehealth and call schedules. The role supports faculty and learners, with a strong emphasis on scheduling across multiple locations and hybrid work arrangements.
Responsibilities include budgeting, policy implementation, and HR liaison tasks, along with ensuring efficient meetings and data reporting.

The Administrative Coordinator serves as the provider scheduler for the MFM Division, a large subspecialty practice within the OBGYN Department. Creates and maintains provider inpatient, outpatient, telehealth and call schedules, Coordinates standing clinical meetings and learners (residents and fellows) schedules and provides administrative support for faculty as assigned.
High school diploma or GED required; higher-level degree may satisfy this requirement.
No licensure or certification required.
