Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to branch leadership, including composing correspondence and memos and creating PowerPoint presentations.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and assist with meetings and training logistics, including travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate branch and company-wide events, including Health and Wellness events.
  • Solicit meeting agenda items and transcribe meeting notes.
  • Create and maintain logs, mailing lists, databases, and business reports.
  • Develop and distribute branch communications.
  • Monitor general email accounts and respond as necessary.
  • Forward emails and faxes to appropriate areas.
  • Coordinate mail pickup and distribution.
  • Enter contract data into Compliance 360 and request contract approvals.
  • Order supplies and manage inventory.
  • Collaborate with the people leader to onboard new branch hires.
  • Help organize the annual budget and track expenses.
  • Support Marketing with prospective agent data, territory and underwriting assignment changes, agent profiles, and agency welcome packets.
  • Prepare invoices, code accounts payable, and submit invoices for approval.
  • Manage day-to-day office condition, deficiencies, bids, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Oversee office remodeling, relocation, construction, ergonomics, equipment, and furniture repairs.
  • Evaluate purchasing needs and make purchase or lease recommendations.
  • Oversee branch emergency and safety plans and employee safety training.
  • Troubleshoot network, software, hardware, security system, and phone problems with Corporate IT
