Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re seeking an Administrative & Finance Coordinator to support a busy plant operation with a unique blend of finance, administration, vendor coordination, employee engagement, and event planning.

What You’ll Do:
- Support finance activities including reconciliations, deposits, invoices, reimbursements, and financial reporting.
- Create and manage annual purchase orders and assist with physical inventory preparation.
- Manage staff calendars, meetings, conference rooms, visitors, and office logistics.
- Plan and coordinate large-scale employee meals, celebrations, seasonal events, and giveaways.
- Partner closely with HR, DEI, IT, payroll, facilities, security, and vendors.
- Manage badge supplies, new-hire badges, and quarterly access audits.
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, catering, and other facility vendors.
- Support hospitality, visitor tours, mail distribution, guest Wi-Fi, and other plant operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience with event planning and logistics.
- Strong calendar management and coordination abilities.
- Finance or accounting experience, particularly in Excel, is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internal systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple departments.
