CTBK in Amherst, NY is seeking a detail‑driven Client Services Team member to provide data and workflow support for our Tax Team. This full‑time, onsite role requires overtime during peak tax periods and involves handling client information, trackers, and onboarding.
You will process 1099s and K‑1s, assemble returns, manage billing, and ensure timely delivery to clients. Strong MS Office skills and a high school diploma are expected; prior admin experience is preferred.

As a member of our Client Services Team, you would provide data and workflow support for our Tax Team. In addition, this position provides support throughout our tax operations services as needed. This position would be full-time, onsite, and does require regular overtime, especially from late January through mid-April, and late-August through early-October, including Saturdays during those periods.
$ 23 per hour
