Job Summary Reporting directly to the Dean of the School of Nursing (SON), the Administrative Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to faculty, staff, and students while working independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and schedules, managing meeting technology, maintaining departmental budgets, overseeing office operations and equipment, processing purchase orders, managing communications, handling departmental correspondence and records, answering department phones, and ordering office supplies. The Administrative Coordinator also supports workshops, conferences, seminars, and other School of Nursing events. This role performs varied and sometimes complex administrative and operational responsibilities that require initiative, creativity, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills. The Administrative Coordinator serves as a key resource for the School of Nursing, providing support to stakeholders and helping resolve issues efficiently.
