Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient in Excel; ability to translate technical content for staff.

Responsibilities

• Update internal guidance materials into clear, visual step-by-step guides.
• Streamline and optimize Excel-based trackers and monitor contract/missions data.
• Organize and standardize the division's internal files and folders.
• Support Front Office with scheduling, correspondence, document prep, and mailbox upkeep.
• Assist with internal communications and translate complex information for Bank personnel.
