Job summary

The Inter-American Development Bank is seeking an active undergraduate student for a paid Winter Internship in Washington, DC. This Consultant-level intern role focuses on supporting annual and semi-annual donor reports, data quality, and coordination with project teams.

You will gain hands-on experience with TCM data, reporting processes, and data visualization tools while developing professional skills in a nurturing, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active undergraduate student in Economics, Public Policy, or Business Administration.
• Graduation date after internship period.
• Fluency in English with working knowledge of another Bank language (Spanish, French, or Portuguese) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review reports of operations in the Technical Cooperation Monitoring System (TCM), ensuring data quality.
• Provide support to operational teams in the use of the TCM.
• Conduct data collection and analysis.
• Review project information for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist Fund Coordinators in the preparation of Annual and Semi-Annual Reports for donors.
