This role involves processing high-volume files, handling daily transactions, and applying basic accounting concepts to ensure accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proficient with Microsoft Office, and capable of delivering professional service to staff, customers, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting concepts including transaction posting, cash handling, deposit reconciliation, and identifying discrepancies.
• Previous dealership experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process files and assigned work tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume position.
• Record daily transactions in the accounting management system.
• Competently apply appropriate accounting principles to assigned tasks.
• Communicate with other staff members, customers, and vendors in a professional manner.
