We’re seeking an Administrative Business Partner to support 2 executives—our VP of Investor Relations & Treasury, VP of Business and Corporate Development, and assist with the CFO office. Your role will be crucial in keeping the team organized, motivated, and efficient. Responsibilities include managing complex schedules, nurturing relationships, and excelling as a detail-oriented communicator. You should have a proactive approach and be capable of independently overseeing diverse tasks and handling confidential matters with discretion.

In-Office Requirement: Up to 3 days/week in San Francisco, with flexibility. Must be within a commutable distance.
At Pinterest, we value an equitable, inclusive, and inspiring workplace. The salary range for this role is $94,953—$166,168 USD, with eligibility for equity. Final salary depends on experience, location, and skills.
